David A. Bryant Back To Our Team

David A. Bryant  concentrates his legal practice in civil litigation and business transactions with an emphasis on insurance coverage.  He also manages a number of qui tam or False Claims Act (FCA), The Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act of 2009 (FERA) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) matters.  David also advises colleagues and clients on issues related to the interaction between different State, Federal and private benefits.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991 and attending John Marshall Law School earning his Juris Doctor in 1995. David was admitted to practice in Illinois by the Illinois Supreme Court in 1996. David has been named Super Lawyers magazine: 2016 Illinois Super Lawyers, 2015 Illinois Super Lawyers, 2014 Illinois Super Lawyers, 2013 Illinois Super Lawyers, and 2008 Illinois Rising Stars.

He is also proud to have been recognized by his peers with the coveted AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated SM by Martindale-Hubbell®.  In 2014 and 2015, David was also recommended by his peers as a Leading Lawyer in the following areas of law: Employment Law-Employee, False Claims Act/Whistleblower Law, and Social Security Disability Law.

David maintains a number of business interests outside his law practice including DAB Consulting LLC, Luvo Inc. and serves on Catholic Charities USA Social Policy and Finance committees.  He stays active in the practice of Martial Arts.
